- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robots (ABB, Fanuc, UR), and other automation systems to support production needs
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to operators, technicians, and junior engineers on automation systems
- Ensure compliance with IATF & ISO-45001 standards and maintain a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines
- Stay current with automation technology and apply best practices in all tasks and professional interactions.
This is what you bring to us
- Associate’s degree with 5+ years of industrial control system programming experience, or a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens, with ability to read electrical schematics and process diagrams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
