You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Lead controlling activities for business units, regions, or corporate functions by providing financial transparency and supporting strategic business decisions
  • Perform target versus actual analyses, profitability reviews, margin assessments, and cost controlling activities across HR, inventory, warranty, and operational expenses
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management and key stakeholders
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes while partnering with business leaders to achieve financial objectives
  • Develop financial models, scenario planning tools, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business performance and support decision-making
  • Assess projects, products, locations, and strategic initiatives by providing financial evaluations, business case analyses, and recommendations
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, lead process improvement initiatives, and contribute to international projects that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency


This is what you bring to us

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or extensive controlling experience within a complex international organization
  • Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, profitability analysis, cost controlling, margin optimization, and project evaluation
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, risk management, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business performance management
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO, HFM, and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
