- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Process Technicians to support plant objectives and foster employee growth
- Drive operational excellence by improving OLE, downtime, scrap, time ratio, and overall manufacturing performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage engineering projects, including equipment launches, automation, tooling, and capital investments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues, manage escalations, and support daily production operations
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards by overseeing PFMEA activities, BOM audits, process documentation, and standardized work
- Translate plant strategy into actionable engineering plans while identifying operational risks, driving accountability, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership
This is what you bring to us
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with approximately 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and prior leadership experience
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment while driving accountability, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs, robotics, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing engineering projects, capital investments, PFMEA activities, BOM audits, process documentation, and production performance metrics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with experience using SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems preferred
