- Cross-functional collaboration and maintenance of technical documentation to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe production operations
This is what you bring to us:
- Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in industrial automation and manufacturing environments
- Extensive expertise in PLC programming and industrial automation systems, preferably with Siemens controllers; additional knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Omron, or Beckhoff platforms considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of vision systems, motion control, motor drives, safety systems, industrial communication networks, and manufacturing control technologies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry, combined with a solid understanding of industrial machinery, Lean Manufacturing, quality standards, and process optimization
- Commitment to workplace safety, strong problem-solving capabilities, effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, and business-fluent English; German and/or French language skills considered beneficial
