- Perform talent assessments to support the identification and development of employee potential across the organization
- Analyze training needs and help design development programs aligned with current and future business objectives
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training curricula, materials, and learning programs for employees
- Support the implementation of talent development initiatives such as leadership development and succession planning
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reporting and insights on learning outcomes
- Coordinate the evaluation and selection process of external training providers and maintain vendor relationships
- Contribute to People Development & Culture projects that strengthen employee engagement, diversity, and organizational values
This is what you bring to us
- University degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of professional experience, ideally with first exposure to People Development or Talent Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
- High intercultural competence with strong communication skills and fluency in English
