Training & Development Specialist

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Perform talent assessments to support the identification and development of employee potential across the organization
  • Analyze training needs and help design development programs aligned with current and future business objectives
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training curricula, materials, and learning programs for employees
  • Support the implementation of talent development initiatives such as leadership development and succession planning
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reporting and insights on learning outcomes
  • Coordinate the evaluation and selection process of external training providers and maintain vendor relationships
  • Contribute to People Development & Culture projects that strengthen employee engagement, diversity, and organizational values


This is what you bring to us

  • University degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience, ideally with first exposure to People Development or Talent Management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
  • High intercultural competence with strong communication skills and fluency in English
