Sales Manager

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction 
  • Secure profitable growth within our holistic product portfolio, prioritizing targeted platforms and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal cross functional teams to ensure customer and business unit success
  • Secure cash flow income & EBIT targets to ensure positive company financial performance
  • Maintain consistent presence with customer purchasing, engineering, and advanced development teams
  • Represent the company as needed at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations
  • Define and execute mid & long-term strategy for customer accounts
  • Identify & secure new business through strategic customer planning, relationship building, and active customer account management


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of Sales experience; preferably in Tier 1 Automotive with CRM system experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience working with an Asian OEM is preferred, with emphasis on experience with Nissan and/or Hyundai/Kia
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to cultivate meaningful connections and instill confidence with customers
