Sales Account Manager - Asian OEM/EV

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • As a Sales Manager, maintain and grow customer relationships & satisfaction.
  • Secure profitable growth within our product portfolio and targeted platforms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business success.
  • As a results-driven Sales Manager, support cash flow and EBIT targets for strong financial performance.
  • Maintain consistent presence with customer purchasing, engineering, and development teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical demonstrations.
  • As a strategic Sales Manager, define and execute mid- and long-term account strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business through customer planning, relationship building, and active account management — a core Sales Manager responsibility.


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field — ideal for a strong Sales Manager foundation.
  • 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in Tier 1 Automotive, with CRM experience supporting a data-focused Sales Manager approach.
  • Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrating effective Sales Manager performance.
  • Experience with Asian OEMs preferred, especially Nissan or Hyundai/Kia — valuable for a global Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers as an outstanding Sales Manager.
