Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Sales (Account) Manager located at their HQ in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new global projects according to product and customer strategy including preparation of cost break downs
  • Providing continuous customer support across all gateways of the product evolution process (PEP)
  • Autonomous negotiation of modification packages in the field of production as well as tooling costs and warranty costs
  • Preparation of multi-annual price negotiations
  • Identification of competitor activities and strategies of the customer and provision of market and competitor information to Market Intelligence 
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with all important departments of the OEM

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years automotive experience in area of sales or business development, preferably Japanese OEM Experience
  • Distinctive cost awareness

  • Strong negotiating and conflict management skills
