You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Monitor and support product quality performance during Pilot and Mass Production (pre-series) phases to ensure successful program launches.
- Perform vehicle system evaluations related to roof systems, including fit, function, and matching verification with completed vehicles.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for quality-related topics and provide immediate support when critical issues are escalated by the customer.
- Coordinate issue resolution activities and communicate quality status, risks, and corrective actions to Webasto project teams.
- Support fabric and material color evaluations to ensure compliance with customer specifications and appearance requirements.
- Investigate packaging and logistics issues at customer and warehouse locations, providing timely feedback and corrective action recommendations.
- Conduct on-site inspections of defective products and support sorting and containment activities at third-party logistics facilities.
- Monitor inventory conditions and coordinate inventory status updates with logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating workspace, material flow, and logistics-related requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and customer teams to drive continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
This is what you bring to us:
- Korean C2 Level or Mothertogue is a must do the work with our Korean based Partners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in automotive quality, resident engineering, launch support, or customer quality functions.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, product validation, and manufacturing quality processes.
- Experience supporting pilot builds, pre-series production, and mass production launch activities.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to analyze quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working directly with OEM customers and managing customer escalations.
- Familiarity with logistics, packaging, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting systems.
- Ability to travel locally and respond quickly to customer and production-related issues.
