Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Program Intern located at their Headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI.   


Job Responsiblities:

  • Supports the development, coordination and implementation of the purchasing strategy within a moderate/regional category/program
  • Supports the coordination and execution of sourcing processes for category/program (supplier selection, RFQ, negotiation, source decision matrix, sourcing committee)
  • Conducts or assists contract negotiations with suppliers with small business volume
  • Supports quality and competitiveness reviews of suppliers and develops corrective actions if needed


Education & Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree Business program or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and acting
