You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • An internal candidate has been identified for this position; however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered
  • Design state-of-the-art assembly lines, manufacturing equipment, and production concepts to meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Develop and evaluate equipment layouts, technical concepts, specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes for new and existing production lines
  • Support the design, construction, testing, installation, and implementation of manufacturing equipment from initial concept through production launch
  • Ensure production line and equipment designs meet established requirements for quality, cost, safety, reliability, timing, and performance
  • Analyze existing equipment and manufacturing processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and ensure 
    successful equipment launches


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong foundation in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or similar engineering principles
  • Up to 3 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably supporting manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, or production processes within an automotive or industrial environment
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment specifications, layouts, and other technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment design, continuous improvement principles, and requirements related to quality, safety, cost, reliability, and production 
    efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, manage priorities, and communicate clearly in English
