As a Maintenance Intern, you will support our Maintenance and Engineering teams in improving equipment performance, increasing availability, and supporting data driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret maintenance and equipment performance data.
- Support reporting of KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Availability, PM compliance, downtime tracking).
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analytics.
- Support root cause analysis using logs and SAP records, Assist in monitoring equipment uptime and reliability.
- Evaluate PM (Preventive Maintenance) effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Track open work orders, material availability, and execution progress.
- Coordination between Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to reduce downtime.
- Lead or assist with small improvement projects (5S, standardization, workflow improvement. data collection enhancement).
- Participate in corrective action planning and execution, Document current processes and propose improvements.
- Assist in developing small-scale modifications for recurring issues.
- Update standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation.
- Support creation of job plans, checklists, and visual work instructions.
- Assist with equipment audits and maintenance readiness reviews.
