HSE Intern

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

 

  • Maintain and organize HSE records (training logs, incident reports, audits, permits).
  • Support document control for HSE policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Assist with updating and following up on trackers (injuries, near misses, inspections, corrective actions).
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action lists for HSE meetings, Support basic data analysis (monthly KPIs, trends, charts).
  • Help prepare HSE dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Verify data accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete submissions.
  • Support internal communications (emails, posters, intranet/Viva Engage posts).
  • Help distribute safety alerts, campaigns, and awareness materials.
  • Support internal audits and inspections (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 50001, as applicable).
  • Assist with collecting audit evidence and documentation, Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and due dates.
  • Help maintain regional legal and compliance registers.
  • Support the HSE team with special projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing HSE events (Safety Day, Environment Day, and other campaigns).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualification 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS/HSE), Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Be able to start ASAP
