HR Solutions Associate

Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a HR Solutions Associate located in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities:
•   Responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution and reconciliation of payroll and the administration of the payroll system
•   Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy
•   Maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions
•   Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting
•   Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly

Education and Experience:
•    High school diploma plus vocational education
•    A least 3 years of HR experience
•    ADP WorkForce NOW experience a plus 
•    Multi-state taxing knowledge a plus
•    Proficient in Excel
•    SAP a plus
•    Understanding multi-state taxation, tax payments/deposits, and year end reporting (W-2, W-2c, etc) as well as federal and state regulations
•    Knowledge of garnishments, child support, tax levies
•    Strong attention to detail and discretion, able to work confidentially
•    Ability to execute several tasks simultaneously in a fast paced high growth organization
