What you will do – Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and implementation of HR filing tools, systems and digitalization
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and training materials
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
The minimum requirements you will need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Preferably Junior or Senior school year, or pursuing Master's Degree
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in HR policy, compliance, and employee engagement
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
