HR Intern (Summer 2026)

What you will do – Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization and implementation of HR filing tools, systems and digitalization
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and training materials
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

 

The minimum requirements you will need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Preferably Junior or Senior school year,  or pursuing Master's Degree
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in HR policy, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
