Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for an RTC Coordinator located at their HQ in Auburn Hills, MI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact person for the relevant processes and tools in the process area
  • Act as first level support through active coordination of service requests and regular analysis of raised service requests/incidents
  • Support the on-boarding, training, mentoring, and coaching of new end-users and execute process-specific and tool-specific trainings
  • Support the definition, implementation, and translation of measures from global and regional initiatives to the site, in alignment with the LPL and/or RPL or functional manager (according to GPO rules)
  • Perform Task, Document, Configuration, and problem management in accordance with the Webasto Work Instructions.
  • Facilitate the resolution of Issues and Defects. Facilitate the implementation of Lessons Learned, and Configuration Management.
  • Resolve review comments, navigating in RTC Source Control, as well as creating and releasing versioned work products
  • Support data cleansing and master data governance activities (if authorized)
  • Create reports using RTC Report Builder.
  • Prepare input and support the FIT-GAP Analysis (rollout projects and major enhancements) for the site in alignment with the LPL and/or RPL and functional manager
  • Support the LPL and/or RPL and functional manager in monitoring and reviewing the efficiency of implemented processes, methods, and tools in the site
  • Support the collection, prioritization and communication of local business improvement ideas and lessons learned to the LPL &/or RPL for evaluation


Education & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
  • General understanding of engineering development processes
  • Experience in dealing with automotive development processes (ASPICE), ISO-26262, IATF-16949 preferred
  • Analytical, interdisciplinary and stakeholder-oriented thinking and acting with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in the creation of training materials
  • Experience training and mentoring preferred
  • Experience using RTC is preferred
