Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a Account Manager located at their Auburn Hills Corporate Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new global projects according to product and customer strategy including preparation of cost break downs
  • Providing continuous customer support across all gateways of the product evolution process (PEP)
  • Autonomous negotiation of modification packages in the field of production as well as tooling costs and warranty costs
  • Preparation of multi-annual price negotiations - Identification of competitor activities and strategies at the customer and provision of market and competitor information to Market Intelligence (data in GPD)
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationship with all important departments of the OEM (especially purchasing)


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years experience account management or business development experience; EV charging experience a plus
  • Distinctive cost awareness
  • Strong negotiating and conflict management skills
