Webasto is looking for:


  • Be the first escalation level for SCC issues to suppliers and purchasing
  • Monitoring ITR and help the SCC team with the implementation of improvements
  • Prepare the overviews for the performance indicators
  • Organization of stock takes including the 2013 plant inventory Organize internal and external training for SCC´s
  • Organize Training of new Team members
  • Organize internal and external trainings for the SCM-Team


Following responsibilities have to be fulfilled by the SCC team:

  • Processes the EDI orders sent by the customer, and makes sure that they are being correctly taken into SAP
  • Plans the weekly / daily production according to the customer orders, taking into consideration the production capacity and the raw material availability
  • Informs the client about any deviation that might appear  to the agreed delivery plan, so that the client always has the newest information on his orders and fulfillment status in Webasto Romania
  • Makes sure that the orders for raw materials are sent via EDI / e-mail to the suppliers, and that they have been correctly received by them
  • Monitors the stocks of raw materials and finished products, according to the standard Webasto requirements, so that the supply of raw materials in the production line is being made in optimal conditions and the deliveries of finished products can be made in the right time.
  • Assures the accuracy of stocks in SAP for raw materials and finished products
  • Offers the management team all information they might need regarding:
    • Forecasts of customer’s orders, customer’s orders variations, actual orders versus planned orders, production volumes delays and delivery delays
    • Stock of raw materials and finished products
  • Coordinates and guards the flow of goods based on the economic principles .
  • Manages product design changes with customer, supplier (including tool changes) and production
  • Ensures the direct contact to customer (e.g. VW, Audi, Renault), supplier as well as related Webasto production locations, in order to manage and insure on time delivery of the goods, and to always have the updated information on the webasto Romania related materials .
  • Responsible for supplier claim management at higher level.
  • Escalates the issues that cannot be solved directly by him in relation to the customer / supplier
  • Respects and improves Supply Chain Coordination Procedures




  • 3 years of international working experience within the automotive industries
