Team Leader Operational Perf & WPS

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

•    Defining relevant Operations KPIs  
•    Conducting regular plant performance reviews, challenging plant and regions to improve through pareto comparison and best practice sharing (Takumi)
•    Driving and supporting the business in identifying, planning, and implementing organization process improvements to reduce costs, errors, and rework. 
•    Leading and consolidating all ongoing activities within global Operations to achieve cost excellence
•    Developing and challenging the global strategies for Manufacturing Footprint, Launch Management Process
