Team Leader Controlling

Webasto is looking for:

 Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of 3 controllers
• Assure the monthly, yearly group reporting deadlines according to the Group Reporting
• Manual and Cost Accounting Manual
• Participates in the financial closing process
• Cash flow planning
• Coordinating and responsible for preparation of budget, monthly and forecasting reporting
• Responsible for implementing new controlling processes in Arad plant
• Manages internal and external communication and correspondence in his/her area of responsibility with the auditors

Requirements:

• Very good English proficiency
• Analytical skills, very good in working with figures
• Results orientation, efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Familiar with all MS Office products (especially excel) and integrates systems,
• Previous experience working with SAP is a plus
• 3-4 years’ experience in controlling or leading position in a finance department
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Attention to details
• Responsible and reliable person
• Fast-learner
• Proactive thinking
• Education: University degree
