This job attracts skilled talent and improves Recruiting processes with the use of best practices and the knowledge of internal/external business issues. Additionally it provides a strategic contribution to Recruiting projects.

What you will do:

attracting, finding and acquiring skilled labor for organization needs.

 Activities include:

• Developing and accountable for employer branding and personnel marketing strategies & activities
• Accountable for candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. active sourcing, headhunter, candidate pool)
• Job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies
• Candidate prospecting at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions
• Applicant evaluation and screening
• Recruiting & hiring of employees
• Accountable for onboarding of new employees and respective measures

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending external and internal candidates 
• Involved in talent evaluation and screening
• Involved in talent staffing and planning (forecasting future hiring needs, align hiring strategy to long-term workforce plans)
• Job advertising and posting in both internal and external platform
• Participation in job fairs
• Support in HR projects
• Solution of complex area-specific problems and taking a new perspective on existing solutions

The minimum requirements you will need:

• In-depth knowledge in recruitment disciplines and basic knowledge of related disciplines
• Highly experienced with established social media channels for Recruiting
• Strong communication skills with internal/external people
• High service orientation and intercultural competence
• High knowledge of labor and social security law
• High level of confidentiality
• MS-Office and SAP
