• Responsible for work associated with procurement of parts for development projects within the organization;
• Defining acquisition BOM and cost estimation for acquisition projects;
• Sourcing process and decisions, cost and performance tracking of all tools and parts;
• Develops and executes supplier and category strategies on a mainly regional base;
• Acts as a key contact for the suppliers and secures financial and quality targets;
• Develops, coordinates, and implements the purchasing strategy within a less complex, moderate/regional category/program;
• Sets up and develops a strategic supplier base within defined category/program;
• Conducts contract negotiations with suppliers with rather moderate business volum.
