Webasto is looking for:

                   Responsabilities:

• to control supplier packaging
• check accuracy of packaging  master data in SAP
• to check packaging instructions in accordance with packaging data sheets
• to create accounts with all suppliers
• to coordinate the flow of packaging and create delivery notes for return packaging
• to make monthly inventories and reconciliations with suppliers
• keep stock accuracy
• to coordinate and improve storage area for supplier packaging in plant and external warehouse
• to coordinate  and improve packaging transfer between plant and external warehouse
• to coordinate scrapping of damage empties
• to coordinate and check periodically accuracy of receiving of packaging
• to manage L2 notifications for packaging issues

Competencies:

• University degree
• MS office –good knowledge
• English knowledge
• Good organizer
• Flexible
• Experience in automotive in a similar position
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Customer orientated
• Focused on results
• Team player
