What you will do:

• General HR program/policy administration

• Support in HR consulting and maintenance, in technical and legal aspects of the employment including hiring and termination

• Support in employee and labor relations and communications

• Create employment contracts & Prepare the personal files of indirect employees

• Administration/ processing of documents specific to labor relations

The minimum requirements you will need:

• Excellent communication and social skills
• Knowledge of labor and social security law
• High level of confidentiality
• Structured and organized mindset
• At least 3 years experience in HR field
• Self-motivated
• Proficiency in English
• MS-Office
• Team player
• Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
