Webasto is looking for:

Jobprofile:

• Organization of training courses with all staff regarding OSH issues

• Creating, implementing, and keeping documents according to legal regulations (internal procedures and instructions, specific authorizations, correspondence, risk assessments)

• Annual review and update of OSH documentation

• Planning, preparing and conducting internal audits related to health and safety at work

• Reviewing audit results, performing corrective and preventive actions

• Management of safety equipment and work equipment.

• Creation of documents and investigations in case of work accidents or dangerous situations

• Managing the medical office and maintaining the relationship with the Doctor of Occupational Medicine

• Management of periodic health checks of all employees

• She is the head of the SA committee

• Responsible for ISO 45001 implementation

• Prepares and participates in internal audits regarding ISO 45001

• Creation, implementation, and maintenance of specific ISO 45001 documents

• Preparation and participation in external audits carried out by local authorities

• Responsible for forklifts (licensed and licensed personnel) – RSVTI

• Ergonomic assessment of workstations

Environmental responsibilities consist of:

• Create, implement, and maintain documents according to legal requirements

• Obtaining permits from water and environmental authorities

• Creation, maintenance of documents according to ISO 14001

• Preparation of monthly and annual reports to the authorities (waste, emissions, oils, substances

• dangerous, batteries, EEE)

• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management

• MSDS management

• Preparation and participation in external audits carried out by local authorities

• Operator training on environmental aspects

Requirements:

• University degree
• Knowledge of  ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
• 2 years of experience in the field of OSH

• Fluent English
