Group Leader Production

Webasto is looking for:

Jobprofil

 Ensures the execution of the production and preparation for delivery by the team subordinates

 Ensures that the implementation plan is respected so that the customer requirements are fulfilled regarding time, quality and quantity

 Ensures that the daily work plan is available to the operators of the team

 Provides support for the team members to achieve maximum efficiency

 Verifies that the daily session begins by keeping exchange, presenting daily targets, analyzing performance of the previous day and analyze the problems arising

 Ensures that parts and materials are brought in the production line at the time and order required

 Responsible for the allocation and monitoring of supplies in the section according to budget

 Ensures that the daily production reports are completed  Takes Lead responsibility within the shift for setting priorities to ensure most efficient use of resources

Requirements

 Technical University degree

 Professional experience within automotive

 Ability to understand complex technical issues

 Proficiency in English

 Constructive conflict resolution

 Leadership experience

 Integrative

 Intercultural skills

 Outstanding communication skills
