Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer

Webasto is looking for:

Jobprofile

• Risk analysis for complex components and evaluation of component feasibilities of suppliers;
• Planning, execution and tracking of APQP processes from design phase to serial manufacturing and preparation, evaluation and approval via PPAP/PPF of purchase components;
• Planning, execution and approval of Run&Rate's of relevant components at suppliers;
• Structured Root-Cause Analysis in case of deviations including structured problem solving and follow-ups
• Approval, follow-up and documentation of deviation approvals.

Requirements

• Experience of quality and project management of automotive suppliers;
• Experience in applying Q-methods  (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)
• Experience in exercise audits and Run&Rates (VDA 6.3 license appreciated)
• Knowledge in different material commodities such as electronic and plastic components
• Interaction in international project team and intercultural competence
• Good assertiveness
• Very high English skill level, communication- and mediating skills
