You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Initial sampling of purchased parts from external suppliers/plants, including the associated process evaluation (workflow, process capabilities, process safeguards) at the manufacturer
- Initiation of measures in case of defects in purchased parts or derivation of measures to restore delivery quality, including professional support of 8D reports to the supplier
- Conducting process/product audits at the supplier with tracking of necessary corrective actions
- Demanding and tracking measures/plans within the framework of supplier escalation
- Creation of inspection plans for incoming goods inspection of purchased parts
- Development of key performance indicators for process control
- Completed technical studies or several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of automotive-specific requirements for QMS (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA)
- Communication skills and negotiation expertise
- PPAP and PPF, mastery of methods, processes, and requirements
- 8D methodology, mastery of methods for root cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa, 5Why, experimental methodologies)
- FMEA methodology
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing measurement technology, manufacturing technology, statistics, product liability
- Foreign language skills in English (business fluent in spoken and written)
