You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Manage incoming intercompany invoices
• Ensure correct processing of invoices, credits and debit notes, including posting and check of legal requirements on both, payables and receivables side
• Liaise with stakeholders and teams to solve issues with Intercompany documents
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and follow up in case of mismatch
• Ensure ICO month closing activities are timely executed
• Analyze GRIR (goods receipt, invoice receipt)
• Allocation of payments/ receipts to the respective documents
• Perform Intercompany netting
• Prepares reports to the stakeholders
• Contributes to the continuous improvement initiatives within ICO

This is what you bring to us:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification
• Working experience with SAP-FI
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent English skills, one further European language is desirable
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset and a high level of accountability and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Critical Thinking to analyze complex topics
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures
