• Prepare complex journal entries, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with IFRS and Group Accounting
  policies.
• Coordinate and perform period-end and month-end closing activities in collaboration with local and global finance teams and in line with group closing calendar.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of GL account reconciliations.
• Perform regular Balance Sheet Review, including trend / vs prior analysis and action plan definition.
• Prepare documentation and provide necessary financial data and support to external auditors during audits.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve desktop procedures and process documentation to ensure operational
  consistency and compliance.
• Identify and contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

This is what you bring to us:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service environment.
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Proficient with SAP-FI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel)
• Excellent English skills, one further European language is desirable.
• Ability to analyze daily situations considering the risk and available information, picturing the diverse scenarios, to adopt the best solution.
• Team player with a good sense of different company/ country cultures.
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset, and a high level of accountability and accuracy.
• Ability to respond to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
