Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of relevant Production processes and technologies
  • Experience with application of QVP, Q-Methods and Quality Management Systems 
  • Knowledge of Quality related company standards and relevant customer specific requirements
  • Basic knowledge of product liability law
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily business in technical and administrative aspects
  • Support Production (Shift) Team Leaders to ensure appropriate skill level of production and SCM teams in all quality-related process aspects
  • Segregation, physical assessment and documentation of suspect and not-OK parts / scrap, initiate immediate containment / corrective actions and internal complaint process (e.g. SAP -Q3)
  • Organize and supervise internal sorting activities of components, sub-assemblies and / or finished goods
  • Coordinate activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts 
  • Escalate potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process
  • Support root cause, warranty analyses and problem solving activities 
  • Perform dispatch and layered process audits in line with process
  • Manage first off / last off test in line with company process (e.g. release of peel off test)
