IT Internship IEFP (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure IT equipment and systems;
• Provide technical assistance to users, helping to solve software and hardware problems;
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing software;
• Participate in the development of new software or systems;
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support inventory updates;
• Contribute to the creation of reports and data visualizations;
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and performance of systems;
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to technical problems;
• Work as part of a team with other IT professionals and related areas.

Requirements:

• Professional/vocational training certificate (equivalent to 12th grade) within the IT field;
• Eligible for IEFP Internship Program (Level 4);
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS);
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals;
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Good written and verbal communication, facilitating collaboration with the team and assistance to users;
• Good English language skills;
• Organization and time management to balance internship responsibilities with academic commitments.
