For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.

 

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

  • Assist maintenance in executing “schedule break” (priority 1) repairs to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Analyse downtime data to understand the equipment/item which create the largest losses and take action to reduce future downtime on these.
  • Work with operations and maintenance (supervisors and operators) to identify and execute opportunities for improvement to the equipment to prevent or minimize downtime
  • Assist maintenance planning (as required) to evaluate repair and improve plans
  • Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and outside vendors to provide support to operations and maintenance to improve repair effectiveness.
  • Own the spare parts program; Determine which parts need to be maintained to operate the facility consistent
  • Conduct maintainability studies to understand and minimize MTTR
  • Responsible of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program; Identify actions to prevent recurrence. Track actions through to completion and ensure effectiveness.

 

Here's what you can bring to the team:

 

  • Degree in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
  • Proven organization skills
  • Stress resilience
  • Experience in robotics (Fanuc) and knowledge of programming languages (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, French and/or German
